Educational institutions all around the world along with the aspirations of students and parents have undergone critical transformations with time. CAL-C has seen the scenario of the market and the globalization owing to that after a deep sense of observation & analysis the director of CAL-C , Kotkapura decided to produce entrepreneurs, managers to lead the Export-Import, Management ,Vocational, and Open Education for all and IT Administration internally as well as Internationally which is in highly demand in the current era & this one not only help the students of CAL-C. We educate our students to maximize their innate potential both theoretically as well as practically along with positive social behavior, thus developing them as IT enabled global citizens. We aspire to provide top quality computer education to all with a well-balanced, relevant & latest curriculum. We believe that computer education is a right blend of Intelligence and practical acquaintance. We value regular contact with industry as an essential part of the training process. ABOUT US
CAL-C is a Training Division of Punjab Information & Communication Technology Corporation Limited (A State Government Undertaking) established in 1988. Punjab InfoTech is a premier agency of the Punjab state government in facilitating establishment of IT & IT enabled service’s industry in Punjab and training human resources for these industries.CAL-C Kotkapura was established in 1998 and has trained more than 6,000 students under various Government Assistant Training Programmes Viz. Special Centre Assistance Programme(SCAP), Welfare Department, Government of Punjab, Ministry of Minority Affairs. A special drive was organized under the guidance of Ministry of skill development, Prime Minister Koshal Vikas Yojna and Ministry of Social Welfare for Schedule Castes and Below Poverty line Families of Punjab. CAL-C Kotkapura had trained more than 2000 students free of cost and even helped them for placements. CAL-C Kotkapura has its own campus of 4000 sq.ft having AC computer Lab’s with latest computers and well equipped class rooms. CAL-C Kotkapura has own Library with 1000 books and journals moreover library is also available for students. The whole campus is WiFi enabled. For its quality services since 1998 centre has become a Trademark in computer Industry in Distt. Faridkot & surrounding areas.
